3DCPI has been present in the ADDIT3D fair dedicated to 3d printing industry, a total of 652 people have participated at the organized journeys. The interest of professionals to know the potential of additive manufacturing has become clear in the first edition of the contest, whose rooms have been virtually filled during the sessions.
For its part, the exhibition area has also been very active. Exhibitors, a total of 84 firms, including 3DCPI have made a very positive assessment of their participation in the first edition of the fair. All have agreed to point out the suitability of having a specific space dedicated to these technologies, newly developed, but represent a radical change in the paradigms of manufacturing. Indeed, this sector, which in 2015 a turnover of 5,200 million dollars worldwide, maintains growth rates higher than 30% since 2011 and will triple its turnover over the next four years. The expectations were positive and have been confirmed. A total of 40,000 people visited the Machine Tool Biennial, which has successfully closed an issue at the height of the industrial recovery
With respect to share data registered visitors at the 29th BIEMH, the presence of 45% professionals from outside the Basque Autonomous Community, which 5% were foreigners from a set of 54 countries. In particular, national visitors have come from Catalonia, Castilla-Leon, Navarra and Madrid, mainly. At the international level, has highlighted the presence of professionals from Portugal, France, Germany, Italy and China, followed by Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Austria and India. The next edition of ADDIT3D, fair on 3D printing, will be held next year, coinciding with the Industrial Week.
